A few things that help.
- Chain and lock the bucket in the transport position.
- Note any hydraulic leaks before pickup for insurance clarity.
- Give us the machine weight and dimensions so we can match the right trailer axle setup.

Do you need a permit to move a digger in NZ?
Usually not with us. We carry machines up to 20 tonnes within standard legal dimensions on our low loaders, so no over-dimension permits or pilot vehicles are needed. If your machine would exceed legal limits, we'll tell you before you book.
Can you pick up non-runners?
Yes. Our tilt-trays and low-loaders can load machines that don't start or move. Send photos if you're unsure.
