Privacy policy
What we collect
When you request a quote, book a flat rate or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone, email, vehicle and pickup and delivery details. We use them to quote, arrange and invoice your transport, and to follow up on your enquiry.
Advertising cookies
We use cookies and similar technology from Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They record your visit, the pages you view and when you complete a quote request or flat rate booking, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to need our services. Google and Meta receive this information and may combine it with information they already hold.
In New Zealand these cookies are on by default. Visitors from Europe, the UK, Switzerland and Canada are asked first. You can change your choice anytime.
Learn how Google uses this information at business.safety.google/privacy, and manage Meta ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Email bookings@movdlogistics.co.nz or call 027 363 1044.
